We offer some choice of teas to drink for your pleasure and health. Most of this Chinese teas are extremely well known in China. The ones we have chosen are very famous, or have a colorful history or lore, an interesting process, or are otherwise distinguished.

Below are four main types of tea:

What a good tea to serve with a specific food? Most teas can be served any time, but some have characteristics that make them particularly good in a certain role.

Jasmine
Liuxi and Pu-erh
Black tea

After strong tasting food, like seafood
After a meal with a lot of fat
With salty or sweet desserts
With salty desserts

What the main health benefits of these special teas? According to Chinese tradition. Many other teas, including black tea, can have similar effects, but these below have been singled out by tradition.
