Neapolitan
|
A brewing contraption which is turned
upside down when the water has reached correct brewing temperature,
to allow filtration to occur.
Bland coffee, very low acidity, not derogatory, as implies no off-taste; good for blending (often describes many ordinary Brazilian arabicas).
