Rancid
|
A taster's term associated with odours
of deterioration and oxidation, as when oily foods like nuts go
stale. Scholarly Augsburg physician, traveler to Middle East 1573-78, the first European to write about coffee, and report that it had been drunk for hundreds of years.
This is the strongest and most concentrated espresso drink. It is made with about half the amount of water but the same amount of coffee as a regular espresso. It is pure, intense, and wonderful in taste. Ristretto in Italian means "restricted." |
