In cafes and restaurants, cappuccino is usually
made in a special machine, but the milk can also be made frothy with
a whisk or in a blender.
For two cappuccinos, make 175ml very
strong coffee, using 3 tablespoons ground beans. Heat 150ml milk
until it almost reaches boiling point. Take off the heat and
whisk until all the milk is frothy.
Divide the coffee between two large
cups, top up with whished milk and spoon some froth onto each
one. Sprinkle with powdered drinking chocolate or some finely
grated dark chocolate and serve immediately.
