What is mocha?Mocha is a strong-flavored coffee bean that came originally from Mocha, a port on the Red Sea. The term is now applied to any beverage or confection flavored with coffee, and is mostly used to denote a mixture of coffee and chocolate flavors used in such foods as cakes, icings and ice creams. |
