What are dandelion coffee and chicory coffee?

Dandelion coffee is made from the dried and roasted roots of dandelions. it is served black, with or without sugar, and has a slightly bitter and nutty flavor.

Chicory coffee is mostly found in France, where most coffee is made from rough-tasting Robusta beans. roasted and ground chicory root is added to mellow the taste of the bean and bulk up the coffee.
