Coffee from China

Coffee from China

China

The south-west province of Yunan grows Arabica coffee, probably in limited amounts, although no figures are available. There is enough to allow for export, but because the Chinese are not a coffee-drinking nation practically any amount grown could be shipped abroad. Although the supply is limited, the Chinese coffee available in specialist shops in various parts of the world has the flavor and cup characteristics of a decently drinkable high-grown Arabica.
