Cafe Toulouse Coffee Recipe

Ingredient:

300ml/ 1/2 pint
2 tbsp
1 tsp
2
1.2 Liters/2 pints
double cream
icing sugar
pure vanilla
egg whites
hot strong coffee
Methods:
  1. Place cream in a bowl and beat until very thick. Add icing sugar and vanilla; continue to beat until stiff.
  2. In a large bowl, using clean, dry beaters, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.
  3. Fold whipped cream into egg whites.
  4. Divide mixture among 6 mugs; fill with coffee.

Makes 6 servings.
