Coffee Cooler

Ingredient:

6 tbsp
2 tbsp
1.2 Liters/ 2 pints
150 ml/ 1/4 pint
1/4 tsp
2
honey
sugar
cold strong coffee
single cream
ground ginger
egg whites
Cracked ice
Methods:
  1. Dissolve honey and sugar in coffee in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  3. Combined coffee mixture, single cream, ginger and egg whites in a blender.
  4. Process on low speed 30 seconds.
  5. Serve over cracked ice.

Makes 4 servings .

 

Coffee Facts: To reduce wrinkles and improving their skin, the Japanese have been known to bathe in coffee grounds fermented with pineapple pulp.
