Espresso Romano Coffee Recipe

Ingredient:

60 g/ 2 oz
450 ml/ 13 fl oz
2 strips
 
finely ground coffee
cold water
lemon peel
Methods:
  1. Fill filter section of a steam pressure coffee-pot with coffee.
  2. Fill base of coffee-pot with water.
  3. Place filter in base and screw on top portion of coffee-pot.
  4. Heat over medium heat until coffee begins to bubble into top position.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until bubbling stops.
  6. Serve immediately. Garnish with lemon peel

Makes 2 servings .

 

Coffee Facts: After brewing, espresso coffee contains 2.5% fat and filter coffee contains 0.6% fat.
