Icy Spiced Coffee Recipe

Ingredient:

1. Combine coffee, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice in a bowl. Cool to room temperature; then refrigerate until well chilled.
2. Strain into a blender. Add cream and 6 ice cubes; sweeten with sugar.
3. Process on low speed about 40 seconds or until creamy and frothy.
4. Serve immediately over ice cubes.

Makes 4 servings .
