Mazagran (Spanish Iced Coffee) Recipe

Mazagran (Spanish Iced Coffee)

Ingredient:
300 ml/ 10 fl oz
180 ml/ 7.5 fl oz
3 tbsp
60 g/ 2 oz
1 tsp
 		 cold strong coffee
cold water
brandy
sugar
lemon juice Ice cubes
Methods:
  1. Combine coffee, water, brandy, sugar and lemon juice in a pitcher.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Serve over ice cubes.

Makes 2 servings .
