Russian Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredient:

1.61 Liters/ 2 1/2 pints
60 ml/ 2 fl oz
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
6 scoops
 
cold strong coffee
single cream
sugar
any flavor liqueur
vanilla ice cream
grated chocolate
Methods:
  1. Combine coffee, single cream and sugar in a pitcher.
  2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  4. Stir in liqueur. Pour into 6 glasses; add 1 scoop ice cream to each glass.
  5. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Makes 6 servings .

 

Coffee Facts: Raw coffee beans, soaked in water and spices, are chewed like candy in many parts of Africa.
