Turkish Coffee Recipe

Turkish Coffee

Ingredient:

200 ml/ 1/3 pints
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
1
 
water
sugar
pulverized coffee
cardamom pod
Methods:
  1. Combine water and sugar in an ibrik or small saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil; then remove from heat and add coffee and cardamom. Stir well and return to heat.
  3. When coffee foams up, remove from heat and let grounds settle.
  4. Repeat twice more.
  5. Pour into cups; let grounds settle before drinking.

Makes 2 servings .
