Viennese Coffee Coffee Recipe

 

Ingredient:

100 g/ 4 oz
1 tbsp
60 ml/ 2 fl oz
1.2 liters/ 2 pints
 
plain chocolate
sugar
double cream
hot strong coffee
Whipped cream
Grated orange peel
Methods:
  1. Melt chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in sugar and cream.
  3. Beat in coffee with a whisk, 1/4 pint at a time; continue to beat until frothy.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with orange peel.

Makes 11/4 liters/ 2 pints .
